With 10 years of experience coaching executives around the United States and Latin America, she has a thorough understanding of the challenges leaders have and the strategies required to bring more influence and impact. She has developed multiple coaching solutions for executives, managers, and frontline employees.

Prior to coaching, Carolina was the Director of Learning and Development for an organization that coached individuals around the globe. She has also worked in finance at a leading global investment bank. Her vast personal expertise in healthcare, finance, retail, and many more equip her with a unique set of interdisciplinary skills and experiences that she directly brings to her coaching expertise. 

Carolina’s purpose in life is to positively impact the lives of 1million women by coaching them to increase their ambition, dream bigger, and find the power within to make those dreams come true.

She lives in Santa Monica, CA with husband Andrew and 3-year old daughter Maya.
