Recorded from New York City and inspired by the marathon, this podcast is all about a topic I believe to be of THE most important to put into practice when working towards ambitious goals: your Self-Concept. Meaning, the beliefs, thoughts and perceptions you hold about yourself and others that shape your reality.

Years ago I realized that reaching the goals I had set for myself just wouldn’t be possible with how I was thinking about them. I needed to first become the person who could reach those goals because my the self-concept at the time wouldn’t have gotten me there. So in this episode, I’ve broken down some simple techniques I used to upgrade my self-concept and some practical examples to help guide you to doing so too.
